Individual User
- Full name;
- Date of birth;
- CPF;
- RG;
- Phone;

- Address;
- Bank details in the same name as the registration;
- Copy of identification document;
- Copy of proof of residence;
- Selfie holding the identification document.
Legal Entity User
- Trade name;
- Line of business;
- Brief company history;
- Corporate name;
- CNPJ;
- Company formation document (articles of association or equivalent);
- Website;
- Phone;
- Email;
- Address;
- Bank details in the same name as the registration;
- Copy of Cadastur (when applicable);
- Copy of the Legal Entity’s proof of address;
- Copy of the partners’ identification documents;
- Copy of the partners’ proofs of address;
- Selfie of the partners holding the identification document.
Purpose: Such data are used so that you can register on our platform and, in addition, use the features available on it.
Legal basis: Compliance with a legal obligation and the data subject’s consent.
Personal data we collect from third parties:
- Data on financial restrictions, such as: negative records, credit restrictions, restrictions on creating collateral, and amounts owed, if any;
- Public information on civil, criminal, and labor proceedings;
- Credit history information;
- Score generated by credit bureaus; and
- Information in the SCR database containing records made by other institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil with which you have a contractual relationship.
Purpose: To assess financial risks, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and ensure the security of operations carried out on the platform.
Legal basis: The data subject’s consent.
Browsing and device data:
- IP address of the device used to access the services or products;
- Interactions performed and usage profile of the Site and Blog;

- Improving the services provided, including making new products and services available;

- Measures to prevent and combat unlawful acts, fraud, and financial crime, and to ensure customer security;
- Regular exercise of Blimboo’s rights, including submitting documents in judicial and/or administrative proceedings, if necessary;

- Generation of statistics, studies, research, and surveys related to activities and behavior in the use of the products and/or services.
- In addition, we may also collect data eventually required by a legal obligation, including, without limitation, the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework.
Legal basis: The data subject’s consent.
We may eventually use your data for purposes not provided for in this Policy, but these will be within your legitimate expectations. Any use of your data for purposes that do not meet this requirement will be made with your prior authorization.

Sharing or disclosure of personal data:
The information collected is for Blimboo’s exclusive use for the purposes referred to herein.
Our privacy policy applies to users of our services and the partners with whom we share this personal data for the purposes described in this policy, in order to provide the best analysis for our user/customer.

Changing/deleting personal data:
You may always choose not to receive any further emails from Blimboo.
In every email we send there is always an unsubscribe link available in the last lines. By clicking this link you will be automatically removed from the mailing list and will also receive an email confirming the cancellation.
It is important to note that filling out any form again will result in your email being reinserted into the list. Therefore, the cancellation request must be made again if that is your wish.
All data collected will be deleted from our servers when you so request or when they are no longer necessary or relevant to offer you our services, unless there is any other reason for their retention, such as a possible legal obligation to retain the data or the need to preserve them to protect Blimboo’s rights. Blimboo is headquartered in Brazil and the data we collect are governed by Brazilian law.
However, because we operate in several countries, they may be transferred internationally.
